Captain Jay is licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.  He is certified in adult CPR, first aid, and has been a Master Automotive Technician for the last 10 years. 
No boat problems to worry about!!
 Jay is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) and also listed in their guide directory.
He specializes in Redfish for anglers of all skill levels and welcomes children .
